If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order you can contact Stockx customer service by calling their main office number +1 (313) 343-1228. However, many people are facing difficulties connecting to a live person on this number, so there is a better way to contact support - Stockx customer service live chat. Live chat is available in the US during these hours: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, Saturday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. To access the chat click on the Help Center in the bottom left corner. You can also find live chat within the Settings in the mobile app.

I dont know yet but I finding it hard to reach someone human so I can resolve this issue. It seems extremely hard to reach a love human to talk with.

So that might be my only gripe with stockx at the moment.

I want to speak to customer service rep. I truly believe customers is first and foremost most important element to a company.

The process to return merchandise is unbelievable. There should always be an option to speak to a live person to assist customers when problems are not solved by the company’s return policy protocol.

My son has owned his basketball shoes for just over two months, they’ve been worn a handful of times and the side blew out this week. I’m not able to get ahold of anyone to see about replacing them or getting my money back. I had to purchase another pair yesterday, as he has practice tomorrow. I’ve now spent $370 on basketball shoes in a very short period of time and would like a refund on the first pair that didn’t hold up!
