Was scammed

StockX - Was scammed
I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1s and they arrived to my house yesterday. Upon arrival we noticed that the sneakers were 100% fake. I need a full refund for this and need to know the next steps in how to obtain the refund. Look forward to your feedback.

Refuse to cancel order after seller took to long to ship

The employees will give you every excuse in the book not to cancel. I've used stockx plenty of times. And this isn't the first time this has been an issue. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Also you can't even reach a manager by email. Red flags

I never receive my shoe and I been call and email people and still have got answer on my my shoe was left out side with anybody tell me it was delivered call ups and they tell me I have to reach out to you guys it been about a week now

I didnt get my shoes and still cant get a hold of the company. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I will never buy *** from them again and I advise anyone else to not mess with them either if this is going to be happining

I ordered the Black/White Jordan 10 Steel new in box. When I received my order I could tell that the shoes have been worn and cleaned for sale. I contact StockX about my or the representative said that my order was dead stock and the shoes have never been worn.
