Bad communication

Never received item. Tried to call stockX but there isn’t a phone number and the one that’s listed is out of order.

Customer service via virtual assistant is no help. Never received a phone call back from anyone. Do not ever recommend using StockX.

Very unreliable and zero help. I need a refund immediately.

I recently was supposed to receive a package from Stock X at my home, and it has never arrived. On May 10th, they supposedly delivered it at 9:46 pm (who delivers a package at such late hours?), to 'a guard', without even writing down the name or where it was delivered, and they also falsified a signature, which is just a line in that report.

They never informed me that they would deliver it or anything. This package has a cost that neither Stock X nor UPS want to take responsibility for. They have had me going back and forth, Stock X (who is able to start a claim or investigation) does not want to take responsibility, even to start an investigation or claim on UPS, and I cannot initiate it as the receiver. They have made me send a large number of emails, and a large number of calls.

And they do not resolve.

I demand a solution. I am not responsible for your bad decisions on delivery companies.

I recently was supposed to receive a package from Stock X at my home, and IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. They never informed me that they would deliver it or anything. This package has a cost that neither Stock X nor UPS want to take responsibility for. They have had me struggling back and forth. They have made me send a large number of emails, and a large number of calls.

AND THEY DO NOT RESOLVE.

I demand a solution.

I demand Stock X help me to start an investigation or claim on UPS, so I can get a refund. I am the victim of this inefficient way of working and the bad customer policies of both companies.

Please help me to find a solution.

I purchased a pair of Air Jordan 6 for $450, and when they got here I was so happy cause I always wanted this particular pair. So I put them away and decided to bring them out for a special occasion, And when walking with them for one hour the soul started crumbling, so I contact StockX the phone number dont work so I had to do an email to customer service which they didnt help me at all not even try and work with me this Is the honest truth Ive always heard and seeing videos about StockX and theyre bad, but I never thought it would happen to me so people please think real good before purchasing shoes from this company is trash

Yes, it could be a problem with the fact that I'm in apartment buildings, but FedEx should still be able to get the item to my door. I ordered 3 other items as well, all put in a different building. The fact that I'm doing FedEx's job for them and StockX not even emailing me back is unacceptable.

They refuse to give me a refund. They tell me via email, after I emailed them 10 times, that they're impossible to get a hold of.

It's ridiculous. They have very little, if any, security measures when it comes to purchasing with a debit card. They said they could do nothing for me. Obviously, someone can because whoever made these transactions has an account, an email, or an address, but they refuse to investigate.

It is a bad company all the way around. The way they do business is a shame.

They are not out for the consumer; they are out for the money. I just would like my money refunded.

Wrong orders of shoes and I expect to have a refund on my credit account please and thank you.

And I mistakenly order a little under my shoes size, which I want the shoes to last a minimum of 2 years but I later received a shoes size that can last a little of 2 month for me perticually.

I want stockx to read this message and further later to refund the amount of money on the shoes sent to my credit/bank account.

Made a purchase that couldn't be delivered because they can't get into my building. I tried changing the delivery time but was told by the carrier that I needed to contact the shipper (StockX).

StockX said they couldn't change the delivery time and attempted another delivery even though I told them that nobody would be there.

When I contacted customer service again to ask about cancelling the order to expedite my refund I was told that I had to wait until they attempted 3 deliveries then I had to wait until the order was shipped back in order to receive my refund. That's a problem for me because I haven't received anything yet so if they never receive anything back I don't care.
