I was charged the wrong price for my sneakers. I bought them for 272.00 but my order reads 302.00.

This is before taxes or fees. I have screenshots to prove it. It shows that a purchase for 302 was made. That was what they put for me.

There were more than enough 10.5 at 272 for the price to have changed for me. Please refund the extra money I was charged.

If I can't get this done, I'll make sure Affirm handles it for me. [PERSON_NAME]

My order was shipped and delivered. I never received it.

And I can't get any help from StockX. I did live chat; all they keep saying is high volume of calls, hold and expert help you. I did that 3 different times and still never got any help.

There is no number to call either. StockX is trash.

Despite multiple visits to the pickup point and confirmations from staff that the items were not received, I have been unable to obtain my purchases. I have attempted to resolve this through your live chat and messaging systems over the past few weeks with no response or resolution, which is unacceptable given the value involved.

The missing items are as follows: Jordan 5 Retro A Ma Maniére Black Collective, Size US M 12, Purchase Date: 12/5/2025; Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble Black Border, Size US M 11.5, Purchase Date: 12/2/2025; Jordan x A Ma Maniére Jacquard Hoodie Black, Size US L, Purchase Date: 12/1/2025.

These represent almost $500 in total value (based on purchase prices and fees). I demand the following:

1. Immediate investigation into the whereabouts of these items.

2. Full refund to my original payment method, including all fees and taxes, if the items cannot be located or redelivered.

3. Confirmation of these actions via email within 48 hours.

As a consumer protected under New Jersey and federal laws, including the Uniform Commercial Code and FTC guidelines on mail-order merchandise, I am entitled to timely delivery or reimbursement without undue delay. Failure to resolve this may lead me to escalate via chargeback with my payment provider, a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, or the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

I am so dissatisfied and pissed off at the unprofessionalism of you guys. I'm a single dad and just bought almost $1000 worth of shoes.

I do not have money to be throwing out the window to be wasting. I cannot get a straight answer. I've spoken to numerous representatives, ensuring that my order would be on the way; I have not seen any updates. I have not received any status on my order.
